DuraMAC Water Pressure Booster
This Waukesha homeowner complained of low water pressure. His home was built in 2003 and is on City of Waukesha water, yet the incoming pressure typically was around 40 psi, sometimes peaking at 50 psi. The problem was solved by installing an all-in-one DuraMAC water pressure booster system made in the USA by A.Y. McDonald Mfg. With a pressure reducing valve adjusted to allow only a maximum of 45 psi incoming pressure, the booster adds 35 psi to the water pressure, bringing it to a more desirable maximum of 80 psi. The system features 3 modes - boosting strictly on pressure, water flow, or conservation. Now the homeowner enjoys nearly 80 psi throughout the home, regardless how many fixtures are being used.
