Our technician serviced the customer's water heater, flushing considerable debris from the tank. In addition, he troubleshooted the Thermasol steamer and determined it would need to be sent back to the factory for service. S&K regularly services Thermasol products and will arrange for reinstallation once the factory repairs the unit. He is this customer's plumber "from now on"
